Frequently Asked Questions

Items will ship within 48 hours after the purchase date. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Shipping will take 2-5 business days. Please note that transit times may be longer due to weather conditions or COVID-19.

No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order, although you are welcome to set up an account to see your order history and tracking information on the website.

Inspirato store credit can be applied towards any item on the site. If your total is more than the credit amount, a credit card will be required for the remaining amount of the purchase.

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to defective material, you may return it and we will refund your credit card for the entire amount. If the product was not ordered correctly (ie. wrong size, color) you may exchange the order.
Exchanges: Apparel items may be exchanged if the size you ordered was incorrect. You are responsible for shipping and any other additional charges to return items to the address provided. Exchanges will be processed when the item(s) arrive at our warehouse. Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned apparel and/or item does not meet the previously listed criteria.

Orders purchased with store credit will be refunded back to your original form of payment.

Shipping is free on purchases, but the customer is responsible for any shipping costs with a return or exchange.

Yes, international shipping is available.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Inspirato store credit.

Gift wrap and personalized gift messaging are not available.

Yes! We add new items from time to time, so be sure to check back regularly. We also add items on a seasonal basis so that you always have the right Inspirato gear throughout the year.
